Builders &Main Contractors
The lining scope, off your plate.
Gib fixing and stopping priced from the plans, sequenced to your programme, and handed to the painter without you standing over any of it.
Programme is the product.
The trade that blows programmes
Plastering sits between the frame and the paint, so a late plasterer holds up the whole programme. We plan back from your painter date.
You hear it at pricing, not after
If your programme does not fit ours, we say so when we price the job, not after a date has been missed. You can move the dates or the trade while there is still time to.
How big a job we take
The level is on the quote
Garages, plant and service spaces
Taped and coated, no cosmetic standard. Priced as L3 so nobody pays for a skim behind a rack of shelving.
The default through most of a build
Joints flushed and sanded for standard paint in ordinary light. What most specifications assume, and what we price unless the documentation says otherwise.
Where the light will find it
A full skim over the whole surface, for raking light, gloss, dark colours and big glazing. Named as its own line at quote stage so it is never a conversation after the scaffold is down.
How we slot into your build
Price from the plans
Scope, levels and details off the documentation, itemised so variations are conversations, not surprises.
Lock the dates
We take your programme and commit to our window inside it, working back from the painter rather than forward from whenever the frame closes.
Fix and stop on programme
The crew turns up when the frame is ready and stays until the scope is done.
QA before handover
Raking light down every surface before we call the painter in. Rework is our problem, not your variation.
