Commercial lining is a programme job: the fit-out trades book in behind the plasterer, so the fix and stop ran to dates, not to convenience. Board carried clean around exposed structure, switchboards and services, with the junctions set straight where lining meets steel and timber.

Long hallway runs are the hardest surfaces in a unit: one continuous wall with nowhere for a proud joint to hide. They were sanded flush and checked in a hard light before handover.
