New build at Hanleys Farm, Queenstown

Raked ceilings mean long, uninterrupted planes with nowhere to hide a joint, and mid-winter sun coming in low through the sliders is the harshest light plasterboard ever sits under. The coats were sequenced around winter drying times, each one checked before the next went on.

The frames here are the handover state: board stopped and sanded around the black joinery, ready for the painters.
